DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Postage
We usually post within one day of your order/payment. Postage in the UK is Royal Mail recorded delivery. International Postage is sent either Airsure, or Airmail Signed For, whichever is appropriate. We will post regular airmail if you wish, but we will not accept any responsibility for non delivery.
Lost Items - Domestic
In the unlikely case of your parcel going missing, due to Royal Mail's policy on refunds for lost items, we will send you the post receipt, so you can claim a refund. This is because Royal Mail only refund the full amount to the recepient, not the sender.
Returns and Refunds
PLEASE do not return items without contacting us first and receiving a confirmation email from us. We will refund or exchange if you are not satisfied. Please return all items within forteen days, in the original packaging where possible. INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR DETAILS AND WHAT YOU REQUIRE ! Clothing must be unworn and in original condition.
