In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we will reimburse the full cost of return postage. However, postage costs for exchanges and refunds of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer, so please ensure you read our size charts or contact us with any questions before your order. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT - THIS INCLUDES THE COUNTRY YOU WANT IT DELIVERED TO. IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS WRONG AND AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED THE PARCEL BACK, WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR RETURN POSTAGE.
