RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. We know that buying clothing online can be tricky, so, we offer a no-nonsense returns policy, and will gladly offer you a refund or exchange on all our goods. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we will reimburse the full cost of return postage.DO NOT USE COURIERS.WE WILL ONLY REIMBURSE EQUIVALENT POST OFFICE CHARGES. However, postage costs for exchanges and refunds of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer, so please ensure you read our size charts or contact us with any questions before your order.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT - THIS INCLUDES THE COUNTRY YOU WANT IT DELIVERED TO. IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS WRONG AND AFTER WE RECEIVE THE PARCEL BACK, WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR RETURN POSTAGE.

Should you wish to return your items to us for an exchange or refund, please do so within 14 days of receipt.
Until you're sure, don't wear the garments, as all items must be returned in as-new condition. This means they must be unworn and unwashed and as received [please, no pet hairs !]. Please return the goods with your full details - order number if you have it, and/or, name the order was made in, address, email address, contact telephone number and whether you want an exchange or refund.
We cannot take responsibility for goods that go missing in the post, so please send all returns by recorded delivery.
FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS:
Please clearly mark on your parcel (in the customs form) "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE; RETURNED GOODS" - this is to avoid delays and charges at Customs.
Please return any items promptly, using a prepaid, insured, traceable method.NOT A COURIER - USE THE POST OFFICE. Please retain your shipping documentation.
We will send you a Paypal invoice for the return postage and we will send out the replacement pair when the payment has been made.
We will refund your money back to your credit card or Paypal account, whichever you used to purchase the goods. We will strive to refund you by the next working day after receipt of the returned goods. This can sometimes take longer [but no longer than 5 working days] if we are away trading at a show etc.
YOU WILL BE SENT A TRACKING NUMBER - PLEASE TRACK YOUR PARCEL ON YOUR COUNTRIES POST OFFICE WEBSITE AFTER 3 DAYS.
We aim to post the next day after we receive an order. Sometimes there can be a delay due to amount of orders, but we strive to post as soon as possible. The exceptions to this are when we are away working at events - this will be announced on the website home page in advance.
United Kingdom: we send our goods with Royal Mail. For the United Kingdom we use 1st or 2nd Class recorded delivery, whichever is appropriate according to weight of the parcel.
Overseas: we use "Royal Mail Airsure" or "International Signed For" whichever is appropriate. For large orders we can send using TNT couriers, but we will have to pack the order to get a price from them before sending. If you want this please put a note on your order. This is only a saving on large orders.
PLEASE NOTE, CUSTUMERS OUTSIDE THE EU - YOU MAY BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMS AND CLEARANCE CHARGES, DEPENDING ON YOUR GOVERNMENT'S IMPORT POLICIES.
